Dr. Clarence Perkins
Hello, I'm Dr. Clarence Perkins. If you struggle with productivity, organization, time management, or confidence—whether as a student, professional, or parent—my coaching practice offers tailored support for you or your loved one.
As a coach, I bring proven methods and deep expertise to students and professionals searching for lasting control in their lives. I believe genuine progress comes from a partnership that equips you with evidence-based tools customized for your unique mind. Here’s how my tailored approach empowers you to achieve your goals:
Individuals with Executive Function Disorder or ADHD may not understand why specific skills are challenging for them. I begin by helping you understand why you struggle to control certain aspects of your life. It is also crucial for you to know that this condition isn't your fault, but it is your responsibility to overcome it.
Together, we develop strategies customized to your specific productivity challenges, needs, and goals. No two brains are the same, and not all strategies work for everyone. I won't ask you to do things that don't work for you!
Most importantly, I guide you in transforming these strategies into sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle, so you gain the confidence to apply them independently long after our coaching ends.
On my Coaching Blog Page, you will find articles that illustrate my approach and views on managing Executive Function Disorders and ADHD.
My approach appeals to a diverse range of needs and goals. I currently coach students, young adults, and professionals seeking to improve their productivity and independence.
Students who need support to perform to their potential in school and at home.
Young adults who want to build daily structure for work, school, or personal life.
Professionals and entrepreneurs looking to increase productivity and achieve their goals.
